You’ll gain insight into various PM methodologies and how to combine them based on project goals, context, and uncertainties. We will provide tools, impart essential skills, and deep dive into the different project phases of the project lifecycle:

  • Initiating: where we provide insights in how to determine and communicate the scope of your project.
  • Planning: how to create an effective project plan despite uncertainties at the beginning and throughout the project.
  • Execution: where to put your focus and attention during project execution.
  • Monitoring: how to oversee the project and communicate effectively with stakeholders about project progress.
  • Closing: concluding your project and ensuring the project results are secured and embedded.

Recognizing the importance of collaboration with and for people in every project, explicit attention is given to stakeholder and change management throughout the course. By course end, you'll emerge ready to tackle any research project with confidence and make a tangible impact in your field!
