Dear colleagues,
We are delighted to invite you to the GEOMED 2024 conference, which will take place in Belgium from 9 to 11 September 2024.
GEOMED has since 1997 brought together researchers with an interest in geographical modeling of medical and health data. Our mission is to foster the exchange of the latest ideas in the field of spatial epidemiology, spatial statistics and geography.
The GEOMED 2024 conference promises an enriching experience with keynote talks, scientific sessions and workshops, all designed to deepen our understanding of the intersection between geography and health.
GEOMED 2024 is organized at the Data Science Institute of Hasselt University, which brings together over 150 researchers working in the broad field of data science. DSI’s main objective is to facilitate the data-driven future, aligning with GEOMED’s mission to explore the spatial dimensions of health.
