Scope TW01: Substantiating and further elaboration of the analysis framework in the formulation of legislation in order to comply with the principle of equality of citizens before public burdens (Research)
Abstract
The object of the project is in the first place to provide a legal and law and economics basis for the principle of equality of citizens before public burdens, as well as carrying out a legal and law and economics analysis of an elaborated proposal of compensation. Secondly, the possible application of the designed compensation system must be tested on five case studies within the policy domain Environment.
