bestek 6008: Solutions for bottlenecks detected within circular economy projects (Research)
Abstract
This study commissioned by the Flemish Public Waste Agency (OVAM) frames within the general objective of the Flemish government to strive for a circular economy. The goal of this study is the elaboration of solutions for legal bottlenecks detected within concrete circular economy projects. On the basis of concrete cases, the OVAM would like to have a better view on how in practice legal obstacles for circular projects could be tackled. For some legal issues the use of minimal regulation zones might offer a solution.
