FINELG2020. (Research)

The research project, supported by the Walloon region, aims at extending the capacities of the non-linear finite element analysis software FINELG, co-developed by Greisch, ULiege, INSA Rennes and UHasselt in the direction of stochastic dynamics (including wind and waves), advanced seismic analysis, steel-concrete hybrid and composite structures and robustness analysis. The pre- and post-processing possibilities and solvers will also be improved, including graphical input and output and coupling with BIM or parallel computing.
