Small sample repeated measures cross-over methods (Research)
Abstract
Small samples, such as resulting in rare diseases pose particular challenges for statistical analysis, both in terms of lack of power as well as from a computational standpoint. One way to maximize information is the use of cross-over methodology, especially when in each period repeated measures are taken. This project examines various approaches to the statistical analysis of such data, from a statistical as well as from a computational standpoint.
