Title
Sustainability education in a Civic university (SUSCI) (Education)
Abstract
Hasselt University students acquire sustainability competences by reflecting, together with socio-economical agents, on an economy that, within the planetary borders, ensures a worthy life for all. To that end, students from the educational master programs for economy and design sciences and the master architecture will design an art installation based on the 'donut economy'. That installation will act (i) as a didactic instrument to introduce other Hasselt University students (eg. Master students commercial engineer, master students architecture) to the SDGs and (ii) as an exposition to facilitate the exchange of ideas with different agents of society.
