Simplifying forms of corporatization and cooperation for local governments (Research)

The subject of the assignment concerns a legal and administrative study concerning the evaluation of the organic framework for corporatization and cooperation in the decree of 22 December 2017 on local government (hereafter DLB), with a view to making policy recommendations to simplification of the various forms of cooperation and alignment with the needs of the local governments.
