Evaluation of the new driver training to obtain a category B driving license - Specifications number: MOW/aVHV/19/03 (Research)

In 2015, a draft memorandum for the reform of category B driver training was written and approved by the Flemish Government. This reform was then elaborated in several steps or phases. In 2017-2018, the practical and theoretical category B exams were adapted and the training moment was introduced. In 2018-2019, the third phase of the reform of driver training was completed: the organisation of the return moment. The intention is to evaluate this driver training reform both as a whole and at the level of the various active aspects.
