Title
Towards a broad social housing organization in the Province of Antwerp (Research)
Abstract
The Flemish government Jambon I (2019-2024) aims to merge the social housing companies (SHMs) and social rental offices (SVKs) into one housing actor with only one player per municipality by 1 January 2023. Based on this ambition, the design of this study is twofold. On the one hand, this research aims to provide tools to facilitate further cooperation and integration in the field of social housing in the Province of Antwerp. On the other hand, this short-term study examines the possibilities of setting up well thought-out operating areas.
