Development, execution and evaluation of implementing guidelines in the health care within people after stroke. (Research)
Abstract
This project aims to improve the rehabilitation of people after a stroke by concretizing a leading recommendation of the practice guideline, aimed at the multidisciplinary formulation of rehabilitation goals, by developing, executing and evaluating an implementation plan of the stroke guideline.
