Tailored organic cations for use as an interlayer in high-efficiency n-i-p perovskite solar cells. (Research)
Abstract
The central objective of the research stay was to gain insights into the preparation of high efficiency perovskite solar cell devices using the procedures optimized by the GMF group of professor Nazeeruddin at the EPFL (Switzerland). A secondary objective was to test organic ammonium cations that were designed and synthesized in the HyMaD group (UHasselt) in Belgium before the stay as an interlayer in the solar cell devices in order to improve efficiency and/or stability.
