An interprofessional blended learning environment as incubator for patient-centred working: the Return Weeks 2.0 - UHasselt Health campus connects (Education)

Since 2021, the Faculty of Rehabilitation Sciences has been organising return weeks in which we successfully bring together students, physiotherapists and academics. Driven by the WHO's call and the need from the field, we want to step up to the next level: interprofessional education focusing on working together around the patient. For these return weeks 2.0, we are creating a structural cooperation between the various healthcare education programmes (faculties RWS and GLW) and the professional field. This way, we prepare our students for quality integrated care, the future of healthcare! Co-creation with the professional field remains central and will be extended to nursing, occupational therapy and medicine.
