Collecting norm references for the M-ABC-3 (Research)
Abstract
Worldwide and also in Flanders, the second edition of the Movement Assessment Battery for Children (M-ABC-2) is used to evaluate different motor skills in children aged between 3 and 16 years. The M-ABC-2 evaluates three motor domains: balance, ball skills and dexterity. The (M-ABC-3) is the revised version of the M-ABC-2, frequently used in Flanders. In this study, Flemish norm references will be collected. Furthermore, the test-retest reliability, the interrater reliability, and validity of the M-ABC-3 will be investigated.
