Civic Reflection in Action (Education)

Many courses at Hasselt University have a civic component (e.g. Live Projects at Fac ARK, Street Law at Fac Rechten). A crucial part for the success of such civic programs is facilitating regular reflection, both with students and with the external parties involved, about their experiences while going through the program: who does/doesn't learn? Who is involved and who is forgotten? Who takes what responsibility? Within 'Civic reflection in action'; we are developing an institution-wide program that will help students to reflect on the experiences they gain while completing course-specific civic programs.
