Title
Brain Health, exercise and motor control. (Research)
Abstract
My research interest is to contribute significantly to (1) promote and optimise brain health (including healthy aging and metabolic syndrome), (2) how motor learning and motor control are affected by the level of brain health and (3) the impact of exercise interventions on brain health. To achieve these goals, I am using tools such as non-invasive brain stimulation (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and Transcranial Current Stimulation), Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy and Magnetic Resonance Imaging at 3T.
