Title
Electro-optical properties/nanoparticle bulk heterojunction solar cells. (Research)
Abstract
The general aim of this research project is to better understand the photovoltaic behavior of novel polymer/nanoparticle bulk heterojunction solar cells, with a special focus on the electro-optical properties and stability. 1. Electro-optical properties: The methodology envisaged in this project to investigate the aimed electro-optical properties, is to combine established charge transport measurements techniques (Field Effect Transistor mobility measurements, Temperature dependent Current/Voltage measurements,╝) with an advanced spectroscopic approach. 2. Stability: A systematic study will be performed to investigate the effects of thermal treatment on the stability of the novel organic bulk heterojunction solar cells.
