Summer Campuses 2013-2014 academic year: "Seamless Retail design: Integrating the spatial, experiential and digital". (Education)

Abstract

During this summer campus, we would like to have students reflect about the shop of tomorrow. We start off from the hypothesis that retailers will need to integrate the digital medium and the human factor (experience) seamlessly in the future. By having students from different social contexts (Belgium, The Netherlands, Italy) and different relevant disciplines (retail design, architecture, interior architecture, industrial design, marketing, graphic design) work together on concrete design assignments, we hope to arrive at refreshing and innovative ideas.
