Unlock the power of visual thinking with this engaging Mindmapping workshop. In three hours, you’ll discover how mindmapping can transform the way you structure ideas, take notes and retain information.
Through a mix of class teaching, interactive learning, individual practice, small group work and reflection, you’ll explore the core principles of mindmapping, based on Tony Buzan’s methodology. You’ll gain insights into its benefits and limitations, compare it to traditional linear note-taking and learn to create your own mindmaps—both on paper and digitally. Using texts of varying complexity, you’ll practice applying mindmapping techniques for both note-making and note-taking, even while listening to spoken content.
This workshop, ran by Brigitte Carron, isn’t just theory—it’s about doing. You’ll actively engage with your peers, exchange ideas and receive expert guidance from the trainer. With revision moments to consolidate your learning and the opportunity to experiment with free mindmapping software, you’ll leave with practical skills you can apply immediately.
