Most of us know that eating meat and other animal products is worse for the environment than eating plants. But why exactly is that the case and do we need to cut them out of our diets completely to help our planet? We look into some numbers and talk about how we can contribute to this change in a healthy and not too restrictive way. We also shortly make the connection to research that has been going on within the University of Hasselt.

Rosaly is a PhD researcher in the UHasselt Environmental Economics group. She is a sociologist and behavioral researcher. Currently she studies how our social environment may contribute to eating less animal products.

No registration needed.

Join us for a cozy drink afterwards at the Green Office room at the agora.
