Documentary + SUP-expedition: Warm Water

Are the Alpine lakes really as pure as we think?Wim went on a SUP expedition to find out. 
With a heart for rivers, lakes, and science, he journeyed through the Alps to collect water samples and investigate the impact of plastic pollution.

Together with researchers from CMK, Bitelab, and imo-imomec (UHasselt), he set out to answer the question:

- 12 PM: Documentary + lunch meet-up
The documentary lasts 37 minutes. Afterwards, we’ll have a chat with Wim.
Feel free to bring your own lunch and eat it there.
Have class? No worries — you can leave early if needed!
📍   Room of Wonders – X-lab (long hallway, Diepenbeek campus)

- 2 PM: SUP expedition on the Demer (river)
(including water sampling!)

What do you need for the SUP expedition?
* sportswear
* shoes that can get wet
* towel
* sunscreen
