Anouk Oris (°1998) graduated her master’s in Biomedical Sciences - Fundamental and Translational Research at the KU Leuven, Belgium in 2022. She joined the research group Nanobiophysics and Soft Matter Interfaces at the Institute for Material Research (imo-imomec) at Hasselt University as a joint Hasselt University-VITO PhD student in December 2022. In November 2024, she obtained a FWO fellowship. Her research focuses on the development of hybrid extracellular vesicle-coated stimuli-responsive nanocarriers for next-generation stroke therapy. Outside of her work, she enjoys live music, design, and catching up with friends.
