Thomas Leendertse (2000°) got his degree in biomedical sciences – Bioelectronics and Nanotechnology with the highest distinction from Hasselt University in 2023. In November 2023, he started his PhD in the group of nanobiophysics and soft matter interfaces at the Institute for Materials Research (imo-imomec) at Hasselt University.
His research focuses on the development of conjugated polymer nanoparticles and their localized photo-therapeutic effect against cancer.
