The purpose of EURECA-PRO calls is to facilitate and encourage mobilities in the context of research and valorisation in cooperation with EURECA-PRO partner universities.

EURECA-PRO incoming mobility

What?

The mobility call EURECA-PRO for incoming young researchers wants to facilitate and encourage incoming mobility in the context of research and valorisation cooperation from the EURECA-PRO partner universities:

  • Montanuniversität Leoben (Austria);
  • Technische Universität Bergakademie Freiberg (Germany);
  • Technical University of Crete (Greece);
  • Universidad de León (Spain);
  • Silesian University of Technology (Poland);
  • University of Petrosani (Romania);
  • University of Applied Sciences Mittweida (Germany);
  • Université de Lorraine (France)
  • Hasselt University (Belgium)

Length of stays: min. 3 days - max. 3 months.

Budget to be requested:

  • Travel expenses: max. € 500
  • Daily allowance: max. € 1,650/month or € 66/day (includes meals, drinks and accommodation costs)

Travel and accommodation expenses must be in line with the UHasselt travel policy.

Young researchers (PhD and postdoc), Tenure Track Assistant Professor and business developers

Application?

Submit application form to eurecapro.research@uhasselt.be.

Deadline: The funding is available through an open call (first come, first serve) until 30th of April 2025 and subject to budget availability.

The funds must be effectively spent before 30th of April 2025, in accordance with the Decree of the Flemish Government regarding the project subsidy for participation in European Universities dated 17.05.2024.

Extension of the budget after this date is not possible.
