Have you interrupted your studies at UHasselt for a year (or more) and want to re-enrol now? Great!
Make an appointment with a member of our student administration staff to complete your re-enrolment. Together they will make sure everything is in order for your return to study.

Email studentenadministratie@uhasselt.be to make an appointment to register for the current academic year. Make sure the following elements are definitely in your mail:
- Approved document for late approval
- Pre-registration number (or student number if you have been a student before)
- Preference for appointment: physical (campus Diepenbeek) or online
Please note that registrations for academic year 2025-2026 are not yet open.
