An increasing number of researchers from Hasselt University have been inquiring about the implementation of Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELNs), which are digital counterparts to paper notebooks used for documenting research data. To address this growing interest, we initiated testing of the functionalities of several ELNs at the end of 2020. Eventually, the Research Council selected three ELNs for centralized support: Signals Notebook Standard, ELabFTW, and Open Science Framework (OSF). Additionally, the Electronic Data Capture tool Castor has been included in this agreement.
