Hygienic bin in the men's restrooms

In Building D, these are the two large men's restrooms in the D-block (behind the former ATM) and the men's restroom in the E-block (next to XOD). In the Old Prison: the men's restroom by the auditoria. You can find these bins in the rightmost restroom each time.
