Print-Copy-Scan
MFPs (multi-functional printers/copiers/scanners) are available on both the Diepenbeek and Hasselt campuses. These are standard equipped with print, copy and scan functionalities. Any MFP can print in full color.
To use the MFP you need the payment system PingPing. This service is integrated in the student and staff cards.
Print from your own laptop
The PaperCut facility (link only available on campus) allows you to send a print job and retrieve the actual print on an MFP of your choice.
Printing options:
- Print without special installation on your own device.
Supported document formats include Microsoft Office, OpenOffice, PDF, JPG, GIF, PNG, TIF. can be printed directly via "My Print Jobs" or "Upload Document to Print". (Via PaperCut facility) - Print directly from certain applications.
This requires an installation of the printer driver on your own device. Students who have already installed a printer in the previous academic year must perform the installation again. Please remove the old printer before installing the new one.
Printing from a computer in the PC rooms
The computers in the PC rooms are equipped as standard to print from the available applications to an MFP. The sent printout can be printed on an MFP of your choice.
Instructions how to use MFP
Instructions for printing, copying and scanning can be found on the placards attached to each MFP.
We also have digital insctructions in English (pdf, 1.1 MB).
Color prints and larger jobs
For color prints and larger orders, you can also visit the campus bookstore.
