What to expect?

On this page, you will discover who we are and what we can do for you.
A coaching session is always initiated at your request and is not mandatory.
Our consultations are confidential. Everything we discuss stays between us.
Teachers, fellow students, and parents will not be informed unless you give your consent.

Individual coaching

You make an appointment for an individual consultation when it suits you. Topics you can discuss are:

  • efficient study method
  • study planning
  • exam planning and approach
  • study choice
  • motivation
  • concentration
  • stress
  • approach bachelor/master thesis
  • reasonable accommodations
  • study support in the context of disability
  • ...

How does such a consultation work?

A conversation can take place on-campus, via Google Meet, or by phone. You choose the option that you feel most comfortable with.

  • Your study coach will always focus on your goals and expectations during the conversation.
  • You can work with your study materials during the coaching session.
  • A counselling session usually lasts between 45 minutes and 60 minutes
  • Can be a one-off session or include multiple sessions
  • If follow-up sessions are needed, you can arrange them with your study coach.

Please note! The study coach does NOT provide subject-specific coaching or tutoring. For questions regarding the content, it is best to contact the professor.
